at the opening of Europaplatz in front of the border bridge to Slovenia, in Bad Radkersburg, the exhibition The Friendship Bridge: A Bridge of Connection was inaugurated in the customs office.
on this occasion, the Museum in the Old Armory Bad Radkersburg invited me to creatively reinterpret historical postcard motifs from their archive, bringing them to life thus bridging the past and present.
to achieve this, i combined the old pictures with my own photos, illustrations, and magazine cutouts in a collage-like style. the postcards were available as free keepsakes in the exhibition rooms, ready to be sent to your loved ones!
